Pearl Harbor National Memorial

The Pearl Harbor National Memorial is situated in the Central O’ahu region of the island, less than 10 miles away from downtown Honolulu. It holds great historical significance as it is home to the USS Arizona Memorial. This memorial serves as the resting place for over 900 sailors and marines who lost their lives during the Pearl Harbor attack in 1941. Interestingly, you can still see the sunken battleship from the memorial, which floats above it. It’s a highly recommended attraction that many visitors consider a “must-do” experience. However, due to its immense popularity, it’s advisable to reserve your free ticket well in advance, as availability is limited.
