Denver’s Union Station

Denver’s Union Station is more than just a transit station. It’s also a popular destination for dining and shopping. Originally opened in 1881, the station experienced a setback when a fire broke out in the center of the building in 1894. However, the architectural beauty from its redevelopment in 1914 still stands today. Serving as an Amtrak hub and a bus concourse, this station is located in the trendy Lower Downtown neighborhood, known as LoDo. In addition to its transportation services, Union Station offers a variety of dining options, boutiques, and even The Crawford Hotel.
