A place like no other near Santa Barbara in California

The park, established in 1782, is a place where you can explore 17 different buildings and sites arranged around a central square called the Plaza de Armas. It’s an excellent opportunity to discover the fascinating history of the Chumash Native Americans who inhabited this area over 13,500 years ago, as well as the Spanish settlers who arrived later. Additionally, the park features an informative exhibit that highlights the history of the Japanese American community in the Santa Barbara region.
