Park City Mountain Resort

The Park City Mountain Resort is the largest ski area in the United States, covering over 7,300 acres. In 2015, it merged with the Canyons Resort. With 41 lifts, eight terrain parks, 14 bowls, six half-pipes, and one super pipe, there’s plenty of exciting options for skiers and snowboarders. The resort offers various accommodation choices, including hotels, lodges, private homes, and condominiums that are conveniently located for ski-in and ski-out access. If you have little ones, there’s a licensed day care center available. You can also learn to ski or snowboard at their ski and snowboard school. When it comes to dining, there’s a wide range of options from casual ski-in restaurants to fine dining experiences. To make things even more convenient, the Quicksilver gondola allows guests to easily move around the mountain. If you have any questions or need assistance, the Mountain Concierge service is there to help you with travel inquiries, tour bookings, and dining reservations.

The ski runs at Park City have impressed recent visitors with their abundance and variety. Many people prefer these runs over the ones at Canyons, although it’s worth noting that prices for lift tickets, accommodations, and dining can be steep. A few reviewers mentioned that they found the superhyperlayout of the runs confusing and were disappointed with the limited Wi-Fi access. However, most agreed that the resort’s free transportation service was convenient and user-friendly. Families in particular were grateful for the ski school, as a few lessons greatly improved their skiing experience. It’s important to note that some recent guests cautioned about the higher congestion on the lower slopes during weekends and holidays.
