St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park

The St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park is a great place for animal lovers of all ages to visit. It was founded in 1893 and has been located in its current spot since 1920. In 1989, it received accreditation from the Association of Zoos and Aquariums. The park is home to a variety of animals, including alligators, snakes, lemurs, sloths, and different types of birds. What makes this place unique is that it is the only facility in the world to house all 24 living crocodile species. When you visit, you can freely explore the exhibits and even watch interactive wildlife shows and animal feedings throughout the day. If you’re up for an extra thrilling experience, don’t miss out on Crocodile Crossing, a 7-acre zip line course that stretches 35 feet above alligators and crocodiles (additional fees apply).
