Naples Botanical Garden is a beautiful nature sanctuary situated just 4 miles southeast of downtown Naples. It is an ideal destination for nature enthusiasts who want to explore a diverse range of plants and even spot some animals. The garden spans 170 acres and features nine tropical themed gardens, along with a pristine 90-acre preserve. You will be amazed by the collection of over 1,000 plant species found here. To enhance your experience, the garden offers daily tours at 11 a.m. from November to April. Families with children can also enjoy educational activities in the Smith Children’s Garden on a monthly basis. Make sure to set aside enough time to fully explore the grounds as previous visitors suggest dedicating at least a few hours to this enchanting place.
The garden welcomes visitors every day, except during bad weather. The opening hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesdays through Mondays, and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays. To enter the garden, adults need to pay an admission fee of $14.95, while children aged 14 and younger pay $9.95. However, students, teachers, and military personnel can enjoy a membership or holiday discount. Remember that only bottled water is allowed in the preserve; no outside food or beverage is permitted. If you get hungry or thirsty, don’t worry! You can buy food and drinks at the Fogg Café located on-site. Restrooms are conveniently available at the Chabraja Visitor Center.
