A place like no other near Destin in Florida
Big Kahuna’s is considered a bit expensive by some previous visitors, especially considering its size. However, it remains a popular choice among families in Destin who want a break from the beach. The water park operates from mid-May to August and offers over 40 different attractions, such as slides, water rides, and the Honolulu Half Pipe featuring a wave simulator. If you prefer a more leisurely experience, you can also lazily float along the park’s lazy river. Don’t worry if you visit between September and early May when the water rides are closed; you can still have a great time at Big Kahuna’s Adventure Park. This section of the park includes a mini-golf course and various thrilling rides.
For a visit to the water park, the ticket prices vary based on your height. Adults and children who are taller than 48 inches will need to pay $48.99 for a single admission, while kids who are shorter than 48 inches can get their tickets at a price of $40.99. It’s a good idea to buy your tickets online in advance because you can save up to $8 per ticket that way.
In addition to the ticket prices, there are a few additional expenses to keep in mind. Parking your vehicle will cost $5, and if you need a locker to store your belongings, the rental fee will be between $11 and $15. Please note that Adventure Park tickets need to be purchased separately.
Remember, by purchasing your tickets online ahead of time, you can enjoy some savings, making your visit to the water park even more enjoyable!
