The Wick Theatre and Costume Museum

Marilynn A. Wick bought an old theater in 2013 to store her extensive collection of Broadway costumes. To make good use of the 333-seat auditorium, she established a resident theater company. Alongside this, she opened the Tavern Room, a restaurant inspired by the renowned Tavern on the Green in New York City. The Tavern Room features a beautiful chandelier made of amber and crystal, previously displayed in the foyer of the original establishment. It also showcases some of its china and crystal. Visitors have the opportunity to take a tour of the costume museum, followed by lunch. Alternatively, they can enjoy dinner before attending a show.

The hometown theater has received high praise from recent visitors. They loved the quality of the performances and also enjoyed the delicious dishes served at the Tavern Room. The majority of reviewers agreed that both the food and the stage productions were excellent.
